All products purchased from FittingsandAdapters.com carry a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. All items must be returned in the original box and be in new condition. Freight charges are not covered. A 50% restocking fee will be accessed to all returned merchandise. Special order products are not returnable.
All returns must be authorized in advance by email, and have an RGA number assigned. Upon receipt, we will exchange or credit you for the item. All items must be returned freight prepaid to our distribution center.
Warranty:
Goods not manufactured by us are the products of reputable manufacturers sold under their respective brand or trade names. We make no express or implied warranty as to such goods. Your remedies for defects of goods is subject to any limitations contained in their manufacturer's terms and conditions to us and the provisions of the manufacturer's warranty either or both of which will be furnished to you upon email request.
